Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an SAP MM Senior Associate in the Philippines to join our Business Application Consulting team. You will analyze procurement requirements, configure SAP MM solutions, and improve purchasing, supplier, contract, and inventory management processes.

You will work with clients to support sourcing-to-pay transformations, provide training, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP MM / SAP Procurement.
• Strong experience in SAP Procurement processes and modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Source to Pay (S2P).
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP IBP or related solutions is an advantage.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, configurations, integrations, or transformations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good client-facing, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; SAP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP MM/Procurement based on client requirements.
• Analyze procurement processes and develop SAP solutions to improve efficiency.
• Support purchasing, supplier, contract, and inventory management processes.
• Contribute to S2P transformation initiatives and procurement process improvements.
• Support SAP integration with related applications and supply chain processes.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing client support.
• Analyze business data to identify issues and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and tech teams to deliver SAP solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization.
• Maintain professional standards per firm policies.
