Job summary

IBM Philippines is seeking a Senior SAP HANA MDG Consultant in Quezon City. You will lead SAP MDG design, configuration, and governance, guiding MDG delivery with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.

You will mentor peers, drive workshops, and translate business requirements into robust SAP MDG solutions, leveraging S/4HANA and related technologies. This role emphasizes client-facing leadership and continuous skill growth.

Qualifications

3 end-to-end SAP MDG implementations as Consultant or Solution Architect.
Experience with SAP MDG processes, data modeling, governance, validations, derivations, duplicate checks, workflow.
BRF+ for business rules and workflow decisions.
Functional knowledge in master data domains such as BP, Customer, Vendor, Material or Finance.
Strong SAP S/4HANA master data knowledge and integration experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic SAP MDG design, configuration, and governance leadership.
Lead MDG delivery, mentor teams, and drive workshops with stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into SAP MDG solutions and support business development.
