Job summary

Indra Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP Finance consultant to lead Group Reporting design and consolidation activities. You will drive the solution from requirements through go-live, coordinating with FICO, SAC, and technical teams.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP Finance, deep expertise in Group Reporting and S/4HANA integration, and a strong ability to mentor junior consultants while ensuring SAP best practices are followed. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Strong experience with SAP Group Reporting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance processes and integration with Group Reporting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition latest release or at least two major releases back preferred.
• Experience participating in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition conversion projects is a strong advantage.
• SAP Group Reporting / SAP Finance certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Group Reporting solution design and implementation activities.
• Define consolidation processes, reporting requirements, and solution approach aligned with business needs.
• Lead fit-to-standard analysis and recommend process improvements based on SAP best practices.
• Own Group Reporting functional solution design and configuration decisions.
• Lead configuration, testing, defect resolution, and validation activities.
• Review reporting solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements and SAP standards.
• Coordinate with FICO, SAC, technical teams, and other functional areas to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare stabilization activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level consultants.
