Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle SAP implementation and related support projects.
• SAP experience with General Ledger and at least three of: A/P, A/R, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System.
• Experience in FI integration with SD, MM, HR, PP, and PS.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables.
• Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is a plus.
• Understanding of accounting business processes.
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
• Team player with adaptability and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials, focusing on FICO Controlling components (Cost Center, Profit Center, Product Costing, PA, PS, Results Analysis, close).
• Analyze complex business requirements and map to SAP solutions; document customer needs.
• Facilitate workshops to collect requirements.
• Design, customize, configure and test FI/CO modules; identify gaps and workarounds.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting; investigate and solve issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
• Mentor junior team members and work independently.
