Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant to lead the SAP FI/CO team in Manila. You will drive the design, delivery, and deployment of SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, and manage workshops with clients to align processes with leading practices.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in CO as a team member with end-to-end implementations, strong English communication, and willingness to travel locally and abroad to support projects across the region.

Qualifications

• A good honors degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business or Engineering.
• Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
• 3–6 years of CO experience as a team member, with 2–3 end-to-end implementations.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in workshops to analyze process and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on SAP leading practices and recommended processes.
• Design target state SAP solutions and interfaces to SAP.
• Lead the implementation cycle including testing, migration and cutover.
• Support change management with training material and user post go-live.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
