Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant in the Philippines to analyze FI/CO incidents, define blueprints for enhancements, and perform configuration and testing. The role involves leading a team, mentoring members, and developing end-user documentation.

Ideal candidates will have 9+ years in SAP FI-CO, strong SD/MM integration skills, and familiarity with S/4 HANA 1909 or higher. Treasury experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 9 years of SAP FI-CO experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in SAP support/implementation with multiple cycles.
• Strong SAP FICO configuration and SD/MM integration experience.
• SAP Certification and/or Treasury experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze FI-CO incidents raised by customers and provide solutions.
• Define the blueprint for enhancements and change requests.
• Perform configuration, specifications, and testing (FICO-related).
• Develop documentation for configuration, enhancements and end-user manuals.
• Lead and mentor a project team, providing performance feedback.
