Tasq Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a SAP BW/HANA Senior Manager to deliver data and analytics consulting using SAP technologies. You will design data models, implement analytics solutions, and train clients in how to maximize SAP data platforms.

This role sits within our Digital Core Modernization practice, focusing on data-driven decision making and client outcomes. You will lead diverse teams, coach peers, and engage stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
10–15 years of experience in data/analytics consulting
Fluency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions to meet client requirements.
Analyze client data needs and develop data models to support data-driven decision-making.
Use SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud to create visualizations and reports that enhance data insights.
Oversee data integration and migration processes to optimize data management and quality.
Provide training and support to clients for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools.
Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for data quality improvement and process optimization.
Direct teams through complex data analysis and modeling tasks to deliver strategic insights.
Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine data solutions.
Promote the adoption of innovative data technologies and practices within client organizations.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
