FPT Software Philippines Corporation is seeking an experienced SAC developer to design and implement multi-dimensional planning models in SAP Analytics Cloud, translating complex business requirements into robust SAC solutions.

You will collaborate with business users, ensure seamless data flow between SAP ERP, BW, SAC, and downstream platforms, and contribute to an agile delivery pipeline in a remote-friendly setup across the Philippines.

Responsabilités

• Full-Stack Development
• Maintain and optimize SAC planning models to fit complex cost structures and business requirements.
• Utilize JavaScript subset for SAC calculations and data actions including currency conversion and cost/price calculations.
• Ensure consistency and best practices across SAC stories and planning workflows.
• Oversee and troubleshoot data flow: SAP ERP → BW → SAC → BW → Sales Platform.
• Support integration with BW incl. calculation tracing and process chain management.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver SAC solutions.
• Document and transfer knowledge from business flow to SAC technical flow.
• Work independently with standard direction, managing deliverables and priorities.
• Maintain design consistency across SAC stories and models.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development
• Maintain and optimize advanced SAC planning models to accommodate complex cost structures and business requirements.
• Utilize JavaScript subset for SAC Analytics Designer, Data Action code, and SAC calculations for business logic, including currency conversion and cost/price calculations.
• Ensure consistency and best practices across multiple SAC stories and planning workflows (including approval workflow).
• Cloud Infrastructure & Operations
• Oversee and troubleshoot the data flow: SAP ERP → BW → SAC → BW → Sales Platform.
• Support technical integration with BW (inbound and outbound), including calculation tracing, process chain management, and resolution of data flow bottlenecks.
• Technical Collaboration
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver robust technical issue identifications and implementations in SAC.
• Support transferring from business flow to SAC technical flow (documentation & knowledge transfer).
• Agile Delivery
• Work independently with standard levels of direction, managing deliverables and priorities.
• Maintain design consistency and quality across multiple SAC stories and models.

Required Skills

• Strong experience (4+ years) in multi-dimensional planning model design within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical SAC implementations.
• Proficient English communication skills, especially for technical discussions and written documentation.
• Experience in and understanding of working with SAP ERP data sources from MM, PP modules.
• Ability to work independently with standard levels of direction, managing deliverables and priorities.
• Familiarity with data integration between SAP ERP, BW, SAC, and downstream platforms.

Required SAC Technical Coverage

• JavaScript for SAC custom logic: 40%
• Data Action code implementation: 20%
• Calculated measures / Currency conversion / Story building: 20%
• BW integration, calculation tracing, process chain troubleshooting: 20%

Nice to Have

• Experience with planning workflows involving cost allocations (Raw Material, Production Cost, Cost-to-Serve like Freight, Handling, Packaging, etc.) in SAP environments.
• Hands-on with SAC integration back to BW for advanced cost calculations (Freight, Packaging, Other).
• Track record of documenting technical flows and transferring knowledge for future maintenance.
• SAP BW or ERP background and familiarity with process chains.
