Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking a SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) expert to lead SAC implementation, enhancements, and support for Finance and Controlling teams. You will design scalable data models, dashboards, and planning models that enable clear, data-driven decisions.

You will gather requirements from business users, collaborate with SAP and IT colleagues, ensure data accuracy and governance, and deliver training to maximize SAC adoption and business value.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of SAC development and implementation experience.
• Experience in enterprise reporting, planning, analytics, or BI initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, and Controlling reporting needs.
• Hands-on experience with SAC, data modeling and data governance.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, planning models, and data stories for Finance and Controlling stakeholders.

• Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective analytics and reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with SAP and business teams to optimize reporting and analytics processes across Finance, Accounting, and Controlling functions.

• Develop scalable data models, KPIs, and visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Support integration and reporting requirements involving SAP S/4HANA and related enterprise systems.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and reporting standards across analytics solutions.

• Provide user support, training, and knowledge sharing to maximize SAC adoption and business value.

• Drive continuous improvements and best practices in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• 3-5+ years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development and implementation.

• Experience supporting enterprise reporting, planning, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Strong expertise in SAC Planning, Reporting, Dashboard Development, and Data Visualization.

• Experience creating executive and operational dashboards, reports, stories, and analytical models.

• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective analytics and reporting solutions.

• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, and Controlling business reporting needs.

• Strong understanding of KPI development, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA reporting and analytics.

• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Controlling processes.

• Experience with SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP BusinessObjects, or other SAP analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting solutions.

• Experience in business intelligence, data modeling, and enterprise reporting environments.

• SAP Analytics Cloud certification or related SAP certifications.
