Job summary

UCT in Cebu, Philippines is seeking a talented SAP ABAP + IS Analyst to lead design and development for S/4HANA enhancements, interfaces, reports, and services. You will implement CDS views and OData services, and build secure integration flows in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP ABAP with S/4HANA exposure, plus 2+ years in modern ABAP, CDS, RAP, and Fiori backend enablement. Collaborative cross-team work and adherence to security and SOX standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or related field.
• At least 5 years hands-on SAP ABAP development, with S/4HANA exposure.
• 2+ years in modern ABAP, CDS, OData, RAP, or Fiori backend enablement.
• Strong ABAP OO design and Open SQL performance tuning.
• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and API management.
• Proficient debugging, runtime analysis, and production defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development for SAP S/4HANA enhancements, extensions, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, workflows, and application services.
• Apply modern ABAP practices including inline declarations, expressions, class-based design, exception handling, unit tests.
• Design and implement CDS views, service definitions, and OData-based services.
• Develop secure and reusable integration flows in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Support integration patterns using APIs, IDocs, proxies, events, files, RFCs, SOAP, REST.
• Collaborate with functional teams, architects, business analysts and partners.
• Perform code reviews, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with security, SOX, change management, documentation, and operational support standards.
