Job summary

NTT DATA Philippines is seeking a senior SAP ABAP developer to join our hybrid team in Manila. You will coordinate with business analysts and consultants to design and implement ABAP solutions across modules including FI/CO, MM, PS, SD, and REFX, ensuring a consistent user experience.

Responsibilities include writing technical specifications, developing ABAP WRICEF components, testing in development, documenting changes, and delivering on schedule while providing end-user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduate.
• Has at least 8 years’ experience in SAP ABAP.
• Experience in the field of programming and Object-oriented programming.
• Experience in CDS/AMDP.
• Must have ABAP RICEF experience.
• Should have ABAP Workflow implementation experience.
• Must have at least one full cycle implementation of SAP S/4(On-prem/Cloud).
• ABAP HR/SF is a plus.
• ABAP Certification is a plus.

• Coordinating and consulting the Business Analyst / Functional Analyst / Consultant who is in-charge in SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, PS, SD, REFX and Business Analytics to ensure a consistent experience to the various users on the client's side.
• Providing documentation in the form of Technical Specification for every change or modification in SAP Processes.
• Support all assigned ABAP WRICEF within the project and provide technical documentation of it Writing the code using ABAP programming language on the basis of the Functional Specification from Business Analyst / Functional Analyst / Consultant and blueprint provided by the end-users and performing regular tests in development client on the usability of the code.
• Ensuring that all programs are completed in schedule as per the provided timeline and allocating appropriate man-days required in the development.
• Providing technical support to the end users in the form of troubleshooting during system defect and error and modifications to the system after it has been delivered.
• To stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work.
