Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience with Apex and LWC
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, customization and integrations
• Experience with SFDX, automated testing, Data Loader and version control
• Salesforce certifications are required (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud)
• Experience with Agentforce and AI-powered development tools is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in Agile environments

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems while ensuring data integrity.
• Optimize platform performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support seasonal Salesforce releases.
• Create technical documentation, perform code reviews, implement automated testing, and participate in deployments.
• Support end users through troubleshooting, training, and platform enhancements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help grow the organization's Salesforce engineering capability.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), solution design, and functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, customization, integrations, data management, and SDLC.
• Experience with SFDX, automated testing, Data Loader, and version control.
• Salesforce certifications are required (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce).
• Experience with Agentforce and AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments.
