Job summary

Solera Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Salesforce Sr Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Classic and Lightning, integrating external systems and ensuring security and data privacy.

The role blends development with business analysis, requires Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, and entails collaborating with IT, analysts, and end users to document processes and deliver reliable software.

Qualifications

6+ years of Salesforce.com Developer experience in both Classic and Lightning.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud) and configuration.
Experience with APIs, SOAP/REST, and deployment processes.
Ability to document business requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

Customize the system to meet business needs.
Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture and assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
Salesforce Business Analysis functions and duties.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects and IT to implement Salesforce solutions.
Document processes and requirements and create functional documentation.
Write KB documentation and optimize internal processes.
Enforce SOC, SOX, and PCI audit policies to ensure system compliance.
