Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable & passionate about the Levi Strauss brand; strong affinity for denim
• Ideally with at least 2 years experience as a Salesperson for a Fashion Retailer or lifestyle brand; open to Brand enthusiasts
• Storyteller with ability to communicate clearly and build relationships
• Fluent in English
• Understands store operations & profitability targets
• Extensive knowledge of denim is a strong asset
• Tech savvy and ready to adopt in-store technologies
• Hands-on attitude and ability to do light manual work
• Tailoring experience desirable
• Ideally completed 2 years of college or vocational/bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless in-store consumer experience
• Create a high-energy, compelling store environment for customers
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to connect with consumers
• Consistently hit store sales targets and drive additional sales
• Assist with Visual Merchandising and flawless product presentation
• Own activities including Visual Merchandising and stock organization
• Assist with deliveries and stockroom organization
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain operational standards
• Execute receiving/sending merchandise processes and paperwork
• Review store sales and KPIs to identify opportunities with management
• Demonstrate accountability and be a role model for store success
