Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Davao City is seeking a Lead Stylist to join our store team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting merchandising and store operations every day.

You’ll coach the team, train new associates, manage visual presentation, and help create a welcoming, fashion-forward experience for every shopper while upholding our brand heritage and values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and mobility around the store.
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales by maximizing opportunities.
• Coach and train the team; model selling behaviors.
• Assist with store operations, getting products to the floor, and visual merchandising.
