Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sr Sales Representative to join our commercial team in the Power Grids area. Based in Mexico City, this position will be responsible for representing Prysmian in business development with clients in the utilities and private sector, ensuring the fulfillment of commercial objectives and strengthening the brand\'s presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining go-to-market strategies, managing key customer relationships, coordinating commercial efforts, and collaborating closely with pricing, operations, and business unit leadership to ensure effective execution of business opportunities.

Required knowledge
  • Technical knowledge in power cables: high, medium voltage, overhead cables, etc.
  • Use of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • SAP (deseable).
  • Knowledge of the electrical infrastructure market and projects with utilities.
  • Preparation of sales forecasts and analysis of commercial data.
  • Pricing and go-to-market strategies.
  • English

Who are we looking for?
  • Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial or related).
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in technical sales in the electrical sector or infrastructure projects.
