A leading company in the Foodservice sector is seeking a proactive sales professional to develop and maintain customer relationships across various segments including hotels and coffee shops in Cebu. The role involves market research, data-driven decision making, and building strong industry connections.
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for maintaining and further developing our network of customers in greater Cebu area, outlying Islands consisting of hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, etc.
Conduct market research on competitors, identify opportunities and work closely with Head Office on creating value propositions. The ability to understand and make data driven decisions is a key requirement.
Build strong relationships with key players in the sector and become a product expert in the targeted segments.
Develop network with coffeeshops for frozen produce - fries, vegetables and pastry.
Timely resolution of issues.
Creates detailed sales reporting and forecast planning.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in direct sales in Foodservice (HORECA) industry.
Strong network/connections with Coffee shop, Hotel, Restaurant, Canteen and the like.
Good command in English (writing and speaking).
Communication skill, negotiation skill, problem solving skill and resourceful.
Willing to travel
Proficient in MS Office.
