WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

As part of the Commercial Sales Enablement (CSE) team, this role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across our global sales enablement initiatives.

In a precision-driven environment, the Sales Enablement Consultant will be the heartbeat of our project execution, ensuring that every initiative is delivered with precision, consistency, and clarity. You will be the project management specialist, owning and evolving our Monday.com workspace, and advocating a unified documentation methodology across all CSE workstreams.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how we work, guide how we scale, and elevate how we enable our commercial teams to thrive.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Project Management Excellence

  • Lead and coordinate enablement projects across the CSE team and wider commercial organisation, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are met with precision.

Monday.com Ownership

  • Maintain and optimise our Monday.com platform as the central hub for project tracking, team collaboration, and reporting. Drive adoption and continuously improve workflows.

Documentation Methodology Champion

  • Establish and enforce a consistent documentation framework across all CSE initiatives, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Commercial Development teams to ensure enablement projects are aligned with strategic goals and executed smoothly.

Impactful Communication

  • Create engaging updates, dashboards, and reports that highlight progress, surface risks, and celebrate wins.

Enablement Advocacy

  • Be a visible and committed advocate for enablement best practices across the commercial organisation, bringing energy, structure, and innovation to every interaction.
