Job summary

AFNI PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the Occupational Safety and Health program across our BPO sites in the Philippines.

The role ensures compliance with Philippine regulations and company policies while fostering a proactive safety culture in a 24/7 contact center environment. You will collaborate with Operations, HR, Facilities, and leadership to identify risks, implement OSH management systems, conduct inspections, and manage emergency preparedness and incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in OSH/related field required.
• SO3 or SO4 certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years progressive OSH experience.
• 3+ years in leadership of Safety Officers or multi-site programs.
• Experience in large BPO/contact center with 24/7 operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine OSH Standards, Labor Code, Fire Code.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSH program development across multiple BPO locations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHS, DOLE, BFP, and local regulations.
• Establish site-specific safety procedures and annual OSH objectives.
• Develop and monitor OSH performance metrics.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and control activities.
• Conduct inspections of offices, production areas, and facilities.
• Lead emergency preparedness and business continuity initiatives.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Promote ergonomics and employee well-being.
• Deliver safety training and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee contractor safety for projects and services.
