Job summary

Questronix Corporation seeks a skilled RPA developer to guide process design and build automation workflows. You will deploy RPA components, test solutions, and ensure quality through QA processes.

You will work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs. Strong Python skills and RPA tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and planning skills.

• Proficient in Python programming.
• UiPath or Appian RPA certification is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of RPA best practices and development methodologies.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with workflow design, data manipulation and integration with external systems.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Able to design technical specification documents for RPA projects.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Senior: 5+ years in software development, incl. 4+ years in RPA (UiPath or Appian).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance with process design and automation workflows.
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows and RPA components.
• Deploy RPA solutions and support their implementation.
• Create process and user documentation and QA processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues; participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
