Job summary

SBI Capital Markets Ltd. is seeking a risk management professional with 3–5 years in Banking & Financial Services to cover risk disciplines across ERM, operations risk, compliance risk and investment risk limits. The role involves policy monitoring, stakeholder interaction, and trend/scenario analysis to support risk governance.

The candidate should have CA or MBA, with FRM/CFA/PRMIA/RIMS/ERM credentials desirable, and experience in risk reporting to governance committees.

Qualifications

3 - 5 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services Industry in Risk Management function or in Big 4 audit of risk management.

Responsibilities

RCSA, KRI assessment, data gathering and analysis.
Fraud, WB and Code of Conduct: policy framework, monitoring and investigation.
Awareness and training on ERM functions – Ops Risk, Compliance Risk.
Monitoring of investment risk limits of trading desk.
Scenario analysis and stress testing of portfolio.
Trend analysis on micro and macro-economic factors and proactive risk assessment of the trading portfolio.
Daily, weekly & quarterly reporting to Investment Committee, IRMC, RMCB.
Risk evaluation of mandates/deals.
Interaction with internal stakeholders, auditors and consultants.
Risk management policy review and updates in line with business/market changes.
