Job summary

DIS Tech seeks an experienced Hardware Engineer with deep RF, high-speed digital, high-current, and high-voltage design expertise. You will lead complex test hardware projects, develop ATE interface boards, and mentor junior engineers across global teams.

Responsibilities include SI/PI/RF simulations, design reviews, documentation, and driving automation. A Bachelor's in electronics/related field and 5+ years of hardware experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of hardware design and PCB development experience.
• Strong RF, high-speed digital, high-current, and high-voltage design expertise.
• Proficiency with Cadence PCB design tools and high-layer-count PCBs.
• Experience performing SI/PI/RF simulations and design reviews.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design high-complexity test hardware and PCB solutions for semiconductor devices.
• Develop ATE interface boards for AI, HPC, mobile processors, and RF chips.
• Perform SI, PI, and RF simulations at board and system levels.
• Lead design reviews, validation, and reliability assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on mechanical and thermal evaluations.
• Create hardware documentation, schematics, BOMs, and design guidelines.
• Drive hardware design automation through scripting and process optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
