Job summary

GHD is seeking an experienced Architect/Revit Modeler to join our workshare team remotely, supporting our UAE office in collaboration with our Architecture & Design Group. The role involves producing detailed architectural drawings and Revit models, ensuring quality checks, and mentoring the design team.

Hybrid (office-based and work-from-home) arrangements apply. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in architecture, strong Revit skills (rendering in Revit is a plus), and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• High level of skill in Revit.
• Good experience with architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with joinery, finishes and other interior design documentation is a plus.
• Available to work from 12:00 NN to 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Produce a detailed set of documents and drawings meeting project brief, scope and specifications.
• Prepare and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports and other design documents.
• Delivery of technical and design documentation/Revit model development.
• Work with Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation.
• Oversee and quality-check production of design and technical documentation.
• Perform Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Check project models and drawings for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Self-manage drafting processes, data and modeling information.
• Mentor and upskill the design team on Technical Delivery and Model development.
