Job summary

GHD is seeking an experienced Architect/Revit Modeler to join a workshare team, remotely supporting the UAE office while collaborating with the Architecture & Design Group. The role involves delivering detailed drawings and Revit models, with emphasis on technical documentation and quality checks.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in architecture, strong Revit skills (rendering a plus), and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
High level of skill in Revit; Rendering in Revit is a plus.
Experience with architectural detailing.
Familiarity with joinery and interior design documentation is a plus.
Ability to work with limited supervision and review own work.
Regenerative design / Dynamo / Grasshopper is a plus.
Available to work from 12:00 NN to 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed documents and drawings that meet project brief, scope and specifications.
Prepare and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design.
Responsible for day-to-day delivery of the technical and design documentation/Revit Model development.
Work with Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects.
Quality check production of design and technical documentation.
Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
