Job summary

Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila, Philippines seeks a Senior Operations Assistant to provide critical administrative and operational support within the Regional Cooperation and Integration Unit of SERD. The role involves coordinating travel, meetings, and documentation for a range of regional programs.

You will report to the Regional Head of SERC and international staff, with responsibilities spanning TA project support, event logistics, and information management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to multitask, research and analyze tasks, and prepare notes and reports.
• Proficiency in office administration and in the use of computer-based programs, databases, and videoconferencing tools.
• Excellent command of written and verbal English.
• Familiarity with ADB Competency Framework for TL2.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the SERC activities.
• Support TA projects under the GMS Program and meetings.
• Coordinate communications within SERD and with partners.
• Back up administrative support during peak periods.
• Guide other administrative staff on processes.
