Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for kitchen cabinetry and interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure accurate cost projections.
• Utilize PlanSwift and Bluebeam for quantity take-offs and project assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors for cost control and procurement.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and financial progress to ensure budget compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in kitchen cabinetry and interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift and Bluebeam is a must.
