Job summary

VRI Crew is seeking an Advisory Quality Senior Manager to lead end-to-end quality governance across the Advisory practice in the Philippines. You will drive delivery excellence, risk management, and information security compliance for engagements worldwide.

You will partner with delivery leaders and global stakeholders to mature the QMS, align with CMMI, ISMS, SOC2 and other standards, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and disciplined operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality governance across advisory engagements.
• Proficient in CMMI, ISMS, and SOC2 compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee quality governance across Advisory engagements
• Drive organizational CMMI V2.0 Level 5 implementation and sustainment
• Ensure compliance with ISMS, SOC2, ISO 27001, and other regulatory frameworks
• Strengthen and mature the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Partner with delivery leaders, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure consistent quality outcomes
• Oversee risk management, data governance, and client security requirements
• Implement quality controls across SDLC, Agile, and DevOps environments
• Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor quality metrics and performance trends
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across multiple accounts and business units
