The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a manufacturing QC role, thrives on precision, and can identify root causes of defects while coordinating with other departments to implement corrective actions, including work on powder-coated components.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Filipino & English, written and verbal.
• Familiar with reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings, dimensions and tolerances, and surface/weld symbols.
• Experience using measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, protractors).
• Experience in metal fabrication environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear reporting and cross-department collaboration.
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
• Inspect surface treatments such as galvanising and powder coating.
• Read drawings and specifications to understand requirements for parts and assemblies.
• Measure dimensions and perform tests to confirm conformity with specs.
• Verify production status and flag quality issues with timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company specifications.
• Document inspection results and generate batch/lot records.
