Qualifications

• 5 years prior experience in Manufacturing, preferably in QA/QC in food industry.
• Well-versed in ISO and HACCP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of quality assurance staff evaluating incoming materials.
• Develop quality assurance procedures and analyze inspection report data.
• Resolve quality problems revealed through inspection procedures.
• Work with purchasing team to evaluate suppliers' compliance to standards.
• Schedule staff work and ensure regular audits of processes.
• Implement HACCP, GMP, and SSOP for compliance in critical control points.
• Monitor compliance to FDA and government requirements.
