Job summary

Lyric, a trusted leader in healthcare decision intelligence, seeks a Senior QA Leader to drive quality for multi-project client implementations, system upgrades, and key product initiatives. You will mentor teams, define QA strategies, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and quality standards.

Reporting to the QA leader, you will manage cross-functional testing, guide automation efforts, monitor KPIs, and reduce risk across Windows-based environments and healthcare claim

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Software Quality Assurance, including manual and automated testing.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Expertise in functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with test design, defect management, and automation frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of U.S. healthcare claims systems, workflows, and adjudication processes.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting test environments on Windows.
• Strong knowledge of database validation using Oracle or other transactional databases.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools (Jira, Selenium, Postman, ALM).
• Proficiency in XML, HTML, JavaScript, VB, C#, and Python scripting.
• Strong API testing and data validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for new client implementations, system upgrades, and key product initiatives.
• Define and execute QA strategies and testing approaches for assigned projects.
• Mentor and develop QA Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Staff members.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage QA activities across multiple projects.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Represent QA in cross-functional meetings and communicate testing progress and metrics.
