Job summary

Hexaware Technologies seeks a Lead QA to drive testing across banking platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery through a comprehensive testing strategy. The role requires Core Banking project testing experience in implementation/transformation programs.

You will define test strategy across Trade, Lending, CASA and Treasury domains, oversee SIT, UAT and regression cycles, and develop automated test strategies where feasible while coordinating defect triage and resolution.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years of experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Core Banking project testing experience into implementation/ Transformation Project.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy across Trade, Lending, CASA, Treasury domains.
• Manage SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and regression cycles.
• Develop automated test strategies where feasible.
