Job summary

COHERENT Philippines is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to establish, evaluate, revise, and apply QA protocols for inspecting raw materials and finished products onsite in Laguna. The role emphasizes SPC, Gage R&R, and process improvement driven by data analysis.

You will lead cross-functional teams, investigate failures, and implement CAPA actions in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment with ISO 9001/14001/45001 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in semiconductor or electronics/optoelectronics QC/QA.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Establish, evaluate, revise, and apply QA protocols for inspecting raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure manufacturing inspection, sampling and SPC procedures are followed.
• Perform analysis and identify trends; recommend corrective actions.
• Qualify and optimize processes via Gage R&R, Process Capability, and DOE.
• Participate in investigations of failures and implement actions on MRB items.
