Amadeus IT Group in Manila is seeking a Senior QA Engineer for Digital Services to lead quality assurance across Web and Mobile SDKs and bespoke solutions.

You will work within an Agile Scrum team, develop test strategies, create test cases, perform tests, and mentor teammates while leveraging AI-assisted testing to improve efficiency.

Required: a degree in Computer Science or IT, 4+ years in QA or related roles, and strong English communication with global customers.

Formación

• Must possess a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar discipline.
• At least 4 years in Software QA, Software Development, or related roles.
• Able to collaborate with development teams and use AI-assisted testing tools.
• Proactive in learning emerging AI technologies to improve quality and delivery.
• Excellent English communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Be part of an Agile Scrum team developing consumer Web and Mobile Apps.
• Lead creation of test cases and document results for QA delivery.
• Lead all testing types: component, integration, regression, and performance.
• Participate in customer discussions to clarify requirements and impacts.
• Contribute to quality reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve test and team processes to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Investigate and resolve production issues following team guidelines.
• Mentor other QA team members in practices and domain knowledge.
