Infor in Manila is seeking a seasoned QA leader to drive testing across moderate to high complexity software. The role focuses on automation, performance, and GenAI-enabled QA practices, with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration to meet quality standards.

You will guide test planning, design, and release readiness, while hands-on testing in the first year and coaching team members for continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software development, product testing, or quality assurance with leadership experience.
• Experience leading QA teams across manual, automation, and performance testing within Agile/Scrum.
• Willing to work dayshift and follow 3 days per week in-office requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to QA teams testing medium-to-high complexity software.
• Guide test planning, design, automation, and performance activities and ensure QA standards.
• Mentor QA members, review deliverables, and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Lead automation and performance initiatives aligned with roadmap.
• Embed GenAI-enabled QA practices to improve scripts, docs, and insights.
• Communicate QA status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
