Job summary

Genpact in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Principal Consultant/Sr QA Automation Engineer to lead test automation initiatives across the software delivery lifecycle.

You will work with test automation and development teams to design and implement a comprehensive automation suite, including functional, component, regression and performance tests, while integrating CI/CD and cloud readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA automation and manual testing methodologies.
• Experience with software testing automation using Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of UI automation with Robot Framework (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with test automation and development teams to build tests.
• Analyse and build a comprehensive test automation suite (functional, component, regression and performance).
• Follow the test plan and report test results.
• Contribute to CI/CD and cloud infrastructure integration for the automation suite.
