Job summary

Axos Business Center is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of automated testing solutions that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise banking applications.

The role requires strong expertise in test automation, API and performance testing, and quality engineering. You will mentor team members and collaborate with Product, Development, and Production Support to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
Proven experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
Strong experience testing enterprise applications across Web, API, Database, and Mobile platforms.
Experience leading QA initiatives within Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automated testing frameworks and scripts.
Lead automation efforts across Web, API, Database, and Mobile testing.
Evaluate and recommend automation tools, frameworks, and strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
Ensure automated tests are integrated into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
Review requirements and create test plans, cases, and data.
Perform advanced API testing and validate RESTful services and back-end processes.
Design and execute performance, load, and scalability testing.
