Job summary

Axos Business Center, Corp is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of automated testing solutions for enterprise banking and financial applications. The role emphasizes API testing, performance testing, and building scalable automation frameworks.

You will mentor teammates, drive QA governance, and collaborate with Product, Development, and Production Support to deliver high-quality software while integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Proven experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Strong experience testing enterprise applications across Web, API, Database, and Mobile platforms.
• Experience leading QA initiatives within Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automated testing frameworks and scripts; lead automation across Web, API, Database, and Mobile testing.
• Perform advanced API testing using Postman and other tools; validate RESTful services and integrations.
• Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing; identify bottlenecks with BlazeMeter and JMeter.
• Validate data integrity across SQL databases; perform complex queries for test validation.
• Lead QA governance, defect triage, and drive continuous improvements in QA processes and automation coverage.
• Collaborate with PM, Product Owners, Developers, BAs, and Production Support; mentor junior/mid QA engineers on automation.
