Job summary

Beyond is hiring a senior QA professional to join a delivery team working with a European private equity and alternative assets firm. You will shape QA from the start, define testing approaches for modern web apps with AI and agentic features, and work directly with stakeholders without intermediaries.

You will build scalable automation, lead AI testing strategies, and contribute to CI/CD integrated test architectures while remaining hands-on and guiding the QA function's growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Engineer with automated testing focus.
• Hands-on testing of AI/LLM-enabled systems and QA strategy.
• Strong communication with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Willingness to stay hands-on while shaping ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale QA strategy for client applications and release cycles.
• Architect from scratch automated test suites using Playwright/TypeScript.
• Lead AI testing for non-deterministic features and validation strategies.
• Leverage Claude Code and internal tooling to speed test creation.
• Build agentic testing frameworks and CI/CD integrated test Architectures.
• Present test metrics and risk assessments to senior client stakeholders.
