Broker Network Associate or Property Specialist

The Broker Network Associate or Property Specialist will handle email queries, answer phones, and perform other essential office operations.

Assist the Broker Network in formulating and implementing sales strategies and policies to effectively promote Real Estate Products and achieve the Company’s sales objectives.

Support the Broker Network in organizing, mobilizing, and supervising competent and motivated broker partners to execute marketing and sales plans for projects. The Broker Network Officer will assist the Broker Manager in recruiting and developing training programs for new broker partners and conduct regular training sessions as needed.

Inform prospective buyers and broker partners about the terms and conditions of sales, including sales agreements, deed restrictions, financing schemes, payment requirements, and other relevant policies related to Arthaland Products.

Ensure timely submission of pertinent buyer and broker partner information, facilitate the preparation and execution of necessary documentation, and follow up on payments and documents until the full purchase price is remitted and all registration requirements are completed.

Ensure that all payments related to sales are remitted to the Company on or before due dates, including transfer taxes, registration expenses, association dues, real property taxes, interest, penalties, and other fees. The seller shall not hold the Company liable for any penalties or surcharges resulting from delays or failures.

Minimum Qualifications:
