Job summary

Vena Group in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Wind Construction in Northern Samar to lead onshore wind projects from tender through closure. You will drive planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment with OE and Contractors, ensuring delivery meets Vena's standards.

The role requires at least 10 years of wind project experience, deep knowledge of turbine systems and grid connections, and strong leadership to coordinate diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Multi-disciplined, seasoned professional with at least 10 years experience in onshore wind farm project management.
• Strong understanding of wind technology, turbine systems, grid connection, and operations.
• Experience managing and motivating cross functional teams.
• Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Initiating – participate in the tendering / contracting process of the project and the designation of OE.
• Planning – secure Vena’s interests are satisfied in the planning of activities for TSA and BOP works.
• Executing – ensure projects are implemented per Vena’s requirements and lead the project team through changes.
• Monitoring and Controlling – monitor progress, manage budget, reach milestones, compare with plan.
• Closing – work with Contractors to secure and document delivery, review third-party work, archive files.
