Job summary

GXA is seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of client-facing and internal initiatives in the Philippines. The role coordinates across clients, vCIOs, vITMs, engineering, service delivery, procurement, vendors, and leadership, owning project visibility and driving accountability to ensure on-time, in-scope outcomes.

A relentless focus on execution and follow-through, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, operations, or related roles.
Experience in MSP environments and managing multiple concurrent projects.
Certifications: PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or similar.

Responsibilities

Manage projects through all phases from initiation to closure.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource assignments.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across departments and stakeholders.
Facilitate kickoff, status, review, and closeout meetings.
Monitor progress, address delays, risks, and dependencies.
Drive accountability to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
Oversee onboarding, handoff, and project closure processes.
Coordinate vendor and procurement activities and governance.
