Job summary

RAM Australia Services No. 2 PTY LTD in Manila seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead technology delivery across multiple streams, reporting to the Head of Technology.

You will balance entrepreneurial pace with structure, acting as Scrum Master for internal teams and guiding waterfall engagements with vendors. You will manage planning, governance, risk, and portfolio reporting while aligning with business leaders and executives to drive outcomes across non-bank lending and asset management

Qualifications

• This role requires a confident, highly organised professional with evidence of delivering technology-enabled projects.
• 5+ years' project management experience across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong Scrum Master experience and ability to mix Agile and Waterfall delivery as needed.
• Experience with governance, risk, change control and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and governance across a broad portfolio.
• Portfolio management and reporting to executives.
• Lead Agile delivery as Scrum Master for internal teams and apply Waterfall where required.
• Coordinate vendor engagements and manage vendor relationships.
• Drive risk & issue management and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps and programme dashboards.
