Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced Architect/Engineer or Quantity Surveyor to lead residential and commercial developments from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognized degree in Architecture, Engineering or QS, with at least 8 years postgraduate experience, strong design skills, and a proven ability to lead teams and secure authorities’ approvals.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Architecture, Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 8 years' postgraduate experience, particularly in residential and commercial developments
• Candidates with less than 8 years' postgraduate experience but with degree in Architecture and are strong in design are also invited
• Able to work independently
• Good communication and management skills

Responsibilities

• Actively involved in all stages of projects, from conceptual design to final development proposal, construction and completion
• Lead a project team of consultants to oversee all aspects of design, including obtaining authorities approval
• Manage the project team and ensure project is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
