Job summary

GHD is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure. You will act as the main client contact, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate diverse teams to achieve high-quality results.

You will work within a hybrid model, combining in-office collaboration and flexible arrangements, while contributing to strategic accounts and project growth across regional clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental & Sanitary Engineering, or related discipline, with professional licensure (PRC) highly regarded.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in the water sector.
• Experience managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of project planning, scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and commercial management.
• Experience in design coordination and project delivery within a consulting or engineering environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building capabilities.
