The Developing Professional within Business Finance role develops intermediate skills in project controlling, reporting, and stakeholder management across a multi-national function. Join a foundation-owned company committed to long-term thinking and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in project financial management or related roles.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at medium-level projects with limited supervision.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, including macros for automation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query for data visualization and reporting.
• Prior experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages the performance of project portfolios to drive value for our customers and Ramboll.
• Administers and ensures compliance by applying all controls, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Project set-up, closure and monitoring maintenance needs.
• Ensures invoices are drafted timely for review and meet contractual requirements; support financial reporting.
• Works directly with PMs to deliver on defined scope.
