Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field)
• 4-5+ years of experience in project engineering, project management, or similar technical roles
• Knowledge of engineering development, manufacturing processes and aerospace systems
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery within cost targets.
• Monitor project progress and performance, including schedule, cost, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or issues.
• Prepare reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project documentation, proposals, and work statements for program execution.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations (EHS).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve engineering processes and project outcomes.
