Job Description

Doka Philippines is seeking a Senior Project Design Engineer who will lead various subject matter areas and manage a team of engineers in accordance with Doka Group leadership to support and promote the realization of strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end project planning, including material listing, offer drawings, shop drawings, project coordination, and client support agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project verifications with the static department or other relevant parties.
• Ensure team members and yourself coordinate with internal and external stakeholders according to technical standards.
• Share expertise actively during trainings, meetings, and information sharing sessions. Assist in innovation and process optimization.
• Prepare and discuss targets and performance with team members, aligning measures with company goals.
• Understand technical challenges faced by team members and provide guidance on solutions.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Infrastructure / Civil Formwork Design.
• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in international formwork systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
