Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Cost Control professional to develop, implement, and maintain cost control and scheduling on large projects in Manila. You will work closely with the Project Controls Manager and use company financial systems to produce data and insights for decision makers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Night shifts and 3 days onsite per week are expected as part of the hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, finance, or other associated degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Must be willing to work fixed night shifts and 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains cost control data and project baselines.
• Assists in analyzing financial data to identify key project issues.
• Prepares analysis of progress trends and cost impact, and reviews contractor invoices.
• Gathers data for budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
