Job summary

WSP Manila Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Controller for the Earth and Environment (E&E) Project Management group.

The role covers various project lifecycle stages for environmental consulting projects, including site characterization, permitting, and remediation, with focus on ensuring delivery within budget and schedule. You will work with project managers and technical managers, develop budgets and schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, support invoicing, health and safety planning, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in environmental, science, engineering or related field.
5-10 years of demonstrated post education experience of relevant skills with a degree.
Basic knowledge of project management principles and PMI’s Body of Knowledge.
Excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

Setting up and coordinating the project according to the approach outlined in the WSP’s Project Delivery Management System and in line with quality control procedures.
Communicating with the project team to assist with the monitoring and control of budgets, expenditures, and schedules.
Providing timely updates on project controls, progress, and forecasting trends to the Project Manager.
Coordinating preparation and distribution of project deliverables.
Assisting with proposal writing and coordinating contributors to proposals as needed.
