Job summary

Westworks, part of the ECE Group, is seeking a Project Architect to lead medium to large-scale residential schemes from concept through planning. You will guide design strategy, develop layouts, and prepare planning and construction information packages, collaborating with clients, consultants and internal teams.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect
• 5+ years working & running medium to large-scale residential projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Knowledge of planning and Building Regulation requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead major projects and oversee multiple smaller projects
• Contribute to site appraisals and develop layouts and design strategies
• Prepare planning and construction information packages
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and internal teams
